Description The MAX4466 Electret Microphone Amplifier Module is a convenient sensitive audio sensor designed to capture soundwaves and convert them into electrical signals. Capture high-quality audio signals and integrate it into your embedded system devices. This module uses a 20-20KHz electret microphone and a MAX4466 Operational Amplifier IC onboard and has a tiny trimmer potentiometer to adjust the gain from 25x to 125x. It is suitable for voice changers, audio recording and sampling, and audio-reactive projects that use FFT. The output pin is not designed to drive speakers or anything but the smallest in-ear headphones - you'll need an audio amplifier (such as a 3.7W stereo amp) if you want to connect the amp directly to speakers. If you want to make it as a loudness sensor, just connect the OUT pin directly to the microcontroller ADC pin. Key Features
